The customer was a big player in the VoIP (Voice over IP) telephony market. The Customer chose Eximsoft to offer services in developing, testing and deploying features for their product USX1000 Switch. Some of the services offered were: 

• Top Level and Detailed Design, Development and Implementation of key features for the switch
   
• Designing high level and detailed test plans and implementing the test cases
   
• Involvement in all phases of testing including System and Integration Testing
   
• Investigation of issues, problem management and sustaining
